We Have Walls - But Disaster strikes
April 2021As soon as we have walls we hear via Facebook, of all places that the principle contractor has gone bust and the site is locked for 3 months, while they find a new one to take over.
Signs go up
January 6th 2023We are still waiting for the electrics to be hooked up but we think it looks great.
We got the Keys
November 2022After 6 months of waiting for a new contractor we finally received the keys. To a Very Large empty building.
Painting starts
November 3rd 2020Because of the delays, there was no way we could book in a Painter. So we had 3 days to paint and dry the ground floor before the steel arrived. This picture is of us painting at 3am by the light of a car. NOT ideal
The Mezzanine Steel Arrives
November 2022The floor was just about dry and the steel arrived. On a wet, cold day in Bar Hill. The fork truck didn't turn up and the plans hadn't been approved so we sadly downed tools for 3 days.
Mezzanine goes in
Mid NovemberWithin 7 days of starting the 3 level mezzanine was built.... staggering
New Logo and Website
End of NovemberStupidly we decided to rebrand and have a completely new website built .... Both are now working but it was a stressful time which involved LOTS of testing.
We have ceilings
December 7th 2022The mezzanine is starting to look finished, its time for the fitters
Units are being built
December 14thWe have the first and second floor rooms well under way, no doors yet

December 18thThe top floor is one of the first areas to be finished.
We got a massive van
December 22ndWe got a call from our van supplier saying they had had a cancellation. So we jumped at the chance. We can now offer free man and van services
We decided to build a Meeting room
Jan 2023Sometimes you start a small project and it becomes a lot bigger than expected..... this one is going down in history.
We soft opened
Jan 2023We got some unit numbers and opened the ground floor, a week later we were 100% finished and accepting customers
We went mad
Jan 2023Meeting room plans escalated.....
We decided to upgrade so that we could rent out the space for meetings.
We started collecting customers
Feb 2023So far we have had the Van for 1 month and it is so big we still can't park it. But we are getting good at collecting items... for Free
